The Story of Our Happy Little Burger Lab
Once upon a time, we set out to make the tastiest burger in Kathmandu. We didn't want boring, frozen, pre-made patties. Instead, we take fresh meat, roll it into a ball, and smash it flat on a super-hot grill! This makes the edges super crispy and crunchy while keeping the inside extra juicy.
To make it perfect, we use soft, buttery brioche buns baked fresh every single morning, toast them on the grill, and top them with our own yummy sauces made from scratch.
Because we operate as a delivery-only cloud kitchen, we don't spend money on fancy dine-in rent.
